Simple Small Business Marketing Strategy
In this week’s ACC-TV episode learn the Simple Small Business Marketing Strategy using the ABC acronym.
Marketing doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, it can be as simple as the ABCs.
A is for Attract new eyeballs to your business.
Using things like social media marketing, podcast interviews, paid ads, content you create like blog posts, video tutorials, etc. Any activity you participate in that gets you and your brand in front of new people.
B is for Build Relationships.
This is where things can go array for small businesses. Often we want people to see our stuff, once or twice, and then buy. But, even in the fast-paced internet world people buy from people they connect with. Connection comes through building a relationship. When you focus the second phase of your marketing on building rapport with your audience, they get to know you. They find similarities between themselves and you. Then they begin to trust you.
C is for Close the Deal or Customer.
This is the big kahuna – the reason you are investing in marketing, to begin with.
The #1 hiccup in most small business sales funnels is they don’t ask for the sale. If you feel like the selling is slimy and it feels yucky, spend more time building the relationship. Because when you realize you solve a big problem for your people that they can’t fix on their own – selling becomes easy.
And, keeping a customer is MUCH easier than trying to get a new one.
Don’t miss out on the bonus small business marketing strategy at the end of this week’s episode.
